Please advise to the issue I'm having with one of the assessors
I had a incident earlier on in the year where a 3rd party went into my car, so I managed to fix my car through the other parties insurance.
Johan Venter was e assessor.
Last week Monday I had hail damage to my car and went for an assessment last week Thursday. Albie Hanekom was the assessor.
In the first incident Johan organised this so quick and I was informed all the time, I also had a courtesy car organised.
with Albie, I asked on Thursday if he can book my car into a place with courtesy cars as this is very important for me, I can wait I have no issues with repairing my car later just as long as a courtesy car is available.
On Friday he phoned me saying I should make a booking and ask for a courtesy car, I said in my previous incident the assessor organised all this for me. So he said ok he will.
I heard nothing from him till I emailed him yesterday, he responded this morning saying I can arrange with the P/B.
Clearly he is not doing what he should be doing
THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IM EVEN CONTEMPLATING CHANGING INSURANCES NOW.
