REJECT OF CLAIM

I got an accident on the 16 October 2013, 2 months after collecting my bike from repairs and lodged a claim only to be told that my claim was rejected because my rear tyre is worn out. To my suprise because the tyre still looks good to me and in the opinion of the workshop team where I took the bike for a quotation.

Never mind the factors that mind cause the tyre to wear but I used the bike to travell to and from work less than 50km a day, I can't even do a wheelie nor spin a bike so it amases me how 2 months ago the same bike had roadworthy tyres and today it doesn't. I went to Just Bike Tyres and I was told the tyres are good though in the middle they will be eaching their end life soon but they are still road legal Yet the Bikefin assesor deem them to be unroadworthy.

I am disqustedd by how Smart Creddit/Bikefin treat their customers, it seems they enjoy debitiing our accounts yet when it comes to claim time they will try by all means not to pay up.
Now I am told that the assesor can come out to the bike again next week as he is not available this week, what is he goning to do differently??

Just cancell my policy if you can help me and i will find a better insure
