REJECT OF CLAIM

The bike financed & insured thru them was... no great news in this country.
1st complaint is - when i was sold the insurance i was asked if it would be in a locked garage or behind a locked gate. i was never told that it had to be chained up out of site. i would not have accepted the policy if they had because i could not do that.
2. i took to parking the bike between the car, which obscured view of the bike and the bike could not be unless the car was moved. they the car too.
but to bad for me they are not paying out - the bike was not chained up out of site.
the policy says it must chained up out of site AT ALL TIMES... well i did not buy the bike for my son to look at!
