Hi All

Well, it is not major. This is more a vent out session.
Got a call to sign up, yes at my own behest. But since signing up. I need to collect my card.
I've been there five times to collect after receiving the notification to collect and have not been able to get assistance.

First they let me queue, in the wrong line. When got to the consultant, she couldn't help me and sent me to the other line.
Second the the lines were preposterous.
Third time the lines were preposterous, and apparently half the consultants were on lunch.
Fourth time the lines were preposterous.
So fifth time, i cleared my schedule and went into the bank this morning.
Only to get there and the for the bank to be offline.
I gave both my numbers to a consultant to call me back so i could return to the store, when online.
That was 9:30 this morning still no call - niks.

So i would just like to say to FNB please just cancel the Card.
I unfortunately don't have time for this. I never expected your processes to be so long.
Not upset or angry or negative guess the first day when i was sitting in a seat with a consultant regardless of it being the wrong one. They should have, could have assisted me.
