FAILURE TO DELIVER AS PROMISED UCOUNT

I have activated the Ucount feature for about 2.5 months now. I have noticed that all my fuel purchases have not been reflecting on my ucount profile.

I have called 2 weeks ago and have not heard anything todate.

I have filled IN THE CALTEX FORECOURTS AS INDICATED IN THE UCOUNT WEBSITE.
IT IS NOT UP TO A CLIENT TO TRACK THIS STUFF.
I HAVE FILLED THOUSANDS OF RANDS WORTH OF PETROL AND FIND IT POOR THAT WE AS CLIENTS ARE NOT GIVEN WHAT IS PROMISED.
