Small Cash Back after spontaneous policy changes

The previous month, Discovery messed up the cash back on my policy. This matter is still not resolved after 6 weeks and promises that all should be normal for the next month.

After spontaneous policy changes on my account, which was changed back eventually, the driver score and the fuel spend (I received 4 petrol cards) is not updated, therefore no cash back on fuel spent.

I phoned a few times last week and today after 7 days the consultant informed me that there is nothing he can do. He will at least escalate the matter.
He also informed me that there is nothing else I can do regarding this and that I shouldn't expect feedback.

So no cash back on fuel spent for two months (first three months was normal) after Discovery made changes to my policy without my consent.
