I wish to place on record my sincere appreciation for an employee Andrew, who has gone above and beyond his normal duties to ensure the fast processing of my claim. I am especially grateful as when I started the process at branch level I was being given a run around with forms; I then contacted the call centre for further assistance. When I had the pleasure of discussing my case with Andrew Sefolo, who took ownership of the case immediately... he was sincere and seemed to really want to help! Speaking with him put me at ease that my situation would be handled with the appropriate attention and efficiency...
He immediately started the processing and kept me up to date with progress, I was impressed by his attitude as well as his professionalism... thank you again Andrew
