Poor Query Handling_No Feedback/Empty Promises

In July, my claim was not handled professionally until I contacted the Call Centre & only then I received positive response, thanks to Grace & Maureen. I posted a Compliment for this service.
Now I'm faced with yet another POOR service from the "excess" investigations department. About a month ago, I was contacetd by a certain lady, (Elaina or???), she informed me that she was investigating the "external party", (non-OUTSURANCE client), that was involved int he accident to see if she could recover my excess. She further clarified to me that MPHO was responsible for investigating the "internal party", (OUTSURANCE client). She mentioned that the split was 70% (internal), and 30% external. She gave me MPHO's conatct number and I called him. He told that sum1 was logged-in to my profile, hence he could not access it, and would call me back. Until today, HE HAS NOT got back to me nor refunded the excess. Do I always have to go through this each time I require service from OUTSURANCE? MPHO, please take responsibility and finalise your queries. I don't understand how "Elaina" could finish her "EXTERNAL" investigation quicker than you doing "INTERNAL" investigation. Doesn't make sense!!!
