Bad service

I was garnished and had to pay Flemix. when the summons were delivered i was told i should contact their company within 10 days to arrange for a payment. I did that immediately and i was told they will send a settlement letter so i can pay. i waited until they decided they will deduct money from my salary. And now I have paid them all their money, on the last debit they took extra money and when i called them they told me i should wait for 7 days for the money to appear and i did that. I called again and they told me to send a copy of ID and a bank statement which i did. almost 4 people read my e-mail and no one has responded after the 7days i have sent my query. The waiting period on the call queue is long. And eventually when one gets through your always told to wait for 7 days, its really bad service and frustrating.
