Worst service I have ever received

It is quite unfortunate that I have to write this report.

Andrew is a divorce lawyer. I met him in October 2012. He agreed to represent me.

It then became a hassle to track my husband as we were separated and still are.

Andrew then promised to apply for the divorce to be announced in the newspaper. The last time I spoke to him was in September 2013.

I have been calling him since then however he does not pick up my calls. I have been leaving him messages however he still never returns them.

Generally Andrew is dismissal, when I call him (often times I am the one who calls because he never updates me with the progress on the case), he makes promises just to get rid of me, he does not keep his promise.
I then always have to call him for him to actually take action on any matter. Unless I put pressure on him he does not do anything and this patterns has been happening for over a year now.

It has been over a year now since he took my case on. It is not fair that he now treats me like an annoyance whereas when he took the case he was enthusiastic. It would be fair if he would be frank with me he no longer wants to represent me.
