I called Finrite Insurance Administrator on the 23rd of April, I spoke to Bernard Nzilane and it was really a pleasure speaking with him because he was very helpful and attend to my query while i was on the line with him.
I lost my phone and went in to the store, Foschini in Eloff Street to fill in a claim form on Saturday, they faxed it through immediately, yesterday i called and Bernard helped me.

I just want to compliment him on his good manners, good attitude and his efficiency.

On the 24th of April i called again and he completed my claim and gave me an answer immediately while i was on the phone and my claim was approved within minutes
