I called (011) 207 4500 to enquire about an sms i received from African bank i spoke to a rude lady Shirley Mavuso who does'nt know how to address customers i was only asking her a simple question that who's problem is it that i wasn't notified about my balance on the account i settled in September she tells me not to ask her stupid questions, she leaves me on the phone hanging she doesn't have the decency to excuse her self from the phone while shes calling the other person to talk to me what kind of service are guys giving to your customers?? no wonder your bank will be dominated by a market that will not bring you any income this is appalling you need to train your staff to be service orientated and her attitude stinks you don't need such people in your business or they'll go down with you.
