Waited for 2hours for my cheque to be cleared

I went to cash a cheque yesterday the person responsible for cheque clearance was not available, so I left. today I was there today I went there again, I was made to wait for two hours, when I asked for the manager she told me that she is busy and swapped with work. till now I haven't got my money.
