CAPITEC DOESNT WANT TO CLEAR MY CHEQUE

I was desperate for money and i deposited a cheque no 4605 at capitec on 13th of june 2013 at 12;41.
What i know is that a cheque takes 7 days to be cleared. i went to the bank and they told me that the Cheques are cleared by fnb and standard bank and according to fnb they takes 4 to 7 days, so were does capitec takes the extra seven days. or is just a delaying tactic so that they can interest from my money.
what happened to the express clearance because i told the teller that i want the money as of yesterday

i want my money and i want it today or they must give me my cheque back.
