During the month of September 2012 money to the value of R4500 was with drawn from account number 60399047262. This matter was reported to the Mthatha branch since at the time of this the bank card was with Mr Thembekile Ngqele. The bank pushed him from pillar to post. Afterwards the bank decided to refund only R2000 and they are refusing to refund R2500. This situation is causing a lot of stress.
