Dear sir/madam
with regards to the above-matter i am Ms Mkuzo N.L. and a transaction of R4500.00 was done in my account while my card was with me.this happened on the 19th of april 2013. i reported the matter to my branch and was promised that it was going to be sorted.until today i have not been helped.my account nu is 057203474.i dont have a bank card as it is now and i have to enter inside the branch in-order to transact.that is not very 21st century and my salary is also being deposited in this account.i am not happy with this service and i wont to the management of standard bank i am only waiting for you to sort my complaint and i will take my account somewhere else.thanks in advance for your co-operation in this matter. the ref number on top is the one that was given to me when i reported the matter with standard bank.
