Would like to thank Tapiwa from the bottom of my heart. Had a problem for almost a year with my windscreen which was not fixed by First for Women after my car was in Aug 2012. I was sent from pillar to post till eventually I was helped by Tapiwa who followed the incident and made sure that my problem was solved in aug 2013.
