My car being written off 2 weeks ago i am still waiting for first for woman to sort the situation and settle claim, From the beginning on the day it was a mission to process the claim as you were having technical issues, took me a hour at scene to process a calim (given the stress of situation, on the 8th November), To date 2 weeks down the line, having received the settlement letter from bank, Lowrence 's feedback is thta you still waiting for final figures??? this is ridiculous as all figures from you should have now a conclusion, as well as i am told already the rental car needs to be returned by wednesday and this is not even resolved? your customer skills are totally unacceptable as your consultant call yesaterday minutes to 17:00pm end of day, we get cut off and he does not bother to call back? What is your goal as insurance company given the years i have been with you as well as a first claim, i want a manager involved here and this matter sorted today before this is taken furthe
