Consumer Guardian Services name should be changed!

We have contacted CGS to have an audit done on our FNB Home Loans account. Completed the forms and paid the requested R5K in mid Aug 2013. With a promised 5 day turn around time.

Our bank pushed us into a corner and we had no choice but to make FIRE under CGS. We even signed a power of attorney in order for them to obtain bank statements from our bank.

The audit was ONLY DONE on 4 Nov 2013. From 2000-Apr 2013. And should have been from 1994-2013.

When we forwarded the current statement from FNB to CGS, CGS requested more money, which was not previously mentioned. Further our documentation in writing requested that we wanted the total bond audited.
Upon finding that we have been cheated by FNB we were told by CGS to pay an additional R5K 25% of the miscalculated amount to them of which we had no prior knowledge and was now almost half the same amount that we were cheated with???

I THINK THAT CGS SHOULD CHANGE THEIR NAME - THEY ARE DEFINITELY NOT GUARDING CONSUMERS BUT JUST LIKE SA BANKS RIPPING POOR SA CITIZENS OFF!!!

And now they are ignoring us, since we have given them the facts in WRITING!!! - PATHETIC customer service, don't you think??
