An existing client of C.G.S that has gone through the process of having his auction cancelled by Consumer Guardian services. They have conducted a forensic Audit on Mr Tsako's bond, and has found that Ned bank has overcharged him/her with interest and other fees. Breakthrough for C.G.S as they recovered R9921.27. back to the client who was unfairly overcharged.
Nedbank has refunded Mr Tsako.
