I received a blue and white SBV Services slip instead of a R100 note from an FNB ATM on Louis Botha ave in Houghton - April 2011. I queried the transaction at FNB Randburg and to date it has not been resolved despite the numerous visits I made. The consultant, Liam, always tells me the matter is being investigated. How many years does it take to resolve queries at FNB?
