The worst service I have ever experienced - from day 1 - applying for a new contract (11 April 2013) up to and including the case being referred to Helena Rossouw: manager Customer Care Vodacom Repairs and Business as a Out of Box failure (OBF). I have not been able to use the handset (Note) for more than an hour. I have done everything in my power to resolve this matter (visits, phone calls, sms, hourly e-mails). The worst is that I have a 24 month contract with them!!! Please... I really need advice, contact names, numbers...
(Log: 11 April - apply for contract, 12 april had to follow-up, approved, Receive handset with incorrect SIM card, apply for SIM swop, 21 april SIM still not activated, problem with note, 26 April apply for OBF, send to, 6 May Note @ Tygervalley NO OBF only Software update, without stylus pen. Issue a new job number 11 May sent back to request OBF. ) Is this not breach of contract?
