Exceptionally poor FNB customer service

I applied for a credit card on 10th Jan 2013 at Bedford Gardens branch. I was informed that the card would ready within 7 working days. It is now 14 working days & 7 follow-up calls later and I'm yet to receive the card, status update or call from FNB. This is despite being approved in 'principle' since 10th January 2013. I have escalated the matter to the new card division Manager (Syndrome) as well as Mohammed the Team Leader. Despite promising to call back they have not done so. The biggest let down regarding FNB is the exceptionally poor communication, lack of customer care and no sense of urgency.
