They blacklisted me after my money

In August 2012, after paying off my loan from Boodle via debit order they deducted almost R2 000.00 AGAIN. I have sent service requests, e-mails and phoned them. I receive sms's 4h00 in the morning, not one but 7 each arriving 2 minutes after the other!!! Now for some reason I have been blacklisted. After speaking to their representative, Tsakani Mukhari, I have realised taking legal action against them, not because of the money but so that the harassment stops and my credit record can be repaired, is my only option.
