Keep Calling After Arrangements have been made

I made arrangements 2 weeks ago to start paying my overdue account in January.
i have just received a third phone call in regards to this matter and i get billed for every phone call that is made.
this is unacceptable and should it happen again i will be going to court to filling a harassment suit.
i also refuse to pay for the last 2 phone calls that were made to me in this regard.
