Leave mess to rectify acc but made arrangements

On 29/1 I made arrangements to rectify my account with Poppie. I keep on getting calls to pay the account after the arrangements was made. Now I am confused as I contacted the bank and told them I had a problem and they accepted my arrangement. Why do I get calls at night and messages and calls during the day if that is in place. The number calling 011-981-8100. I was told by this person that she would call me till the account is up to date. What is the arrangement then worth? If I do not honour my arrangement they can phone me but they can also communicate via e-mail. STOP HARRASSING ME PLEASE. I AM NOT RUNNING AWAY FROM MY RESPONSIBILITIES
