Harassing me everyday for month now!!

I have made arrangements more than once with them and still they phone me every single day, they call centre are rude and they get personal with me. If they listen to their phone records they will hear that i have made arrangements over and over again, and now I refuse to talk to them because they keep calling every day with a new person being very rude. I keep on asking them to stop calling me and i have spoken to a manager and the call centre supervisor and still no one is listening. My next step will be the ombudsman.
Plz investigate this.
