Continues E-mails

I applied for a personal loan at DebtLad, but cancelled my application because I was not interested anymore. After this, I received up to 4 e-mails per day stating that I have cancelled and if I want to re-instate I must click on a link. E-mails from Brad, Chris and Sam on a continues basis. If I cancell an application doesn't that mean that I am NOT interested anymore? Why the constant e-mails? So I phoned them today to speak to someone regarding this, he promised to remove my details, and guess what happened, I received another e-mail!!! Dont they get message???
