I want to cancel my life insurance

I want to cancel my life insurance, I got a call from a consultant who after I asked to cancel was asking me a hundred and one questions. I told him that i am no interested in answering his questions and that he must cancel my policy. he then went on to ignore me and continue with his interrogation.

I want my policy cancelled effective 31/10/2013. If any further premiums are deducted I will consider this as and lay a charge against you.
