I have contacted ABSA Insurance Brokers on 13/11/2013 I have been on hold for 1 hour by the automated answering service all you get is we value your service but are experiencing high call volumes you can not tell me tha in an hours time their still are no person able to attend to your call. If you are so busy employe more people.
