I had a loan with Capitec that i defaulted on, it was handed over to Flemix previously coombe i contacted their attorneys because i want to settle the loan the amount of the loan was R10000 then Flemix gave me a settlement letter of R18789 i told them i need a discount because i have other debts to settle with limited funds Flemix said they are going to refer the matter to Capitec so i am still waiting for the response my question to Lee Ann why hire attorneys to rip off your clients because i believe that the interest charged is ridiculous i would love to pay off this debt by Friday if all is well the amount they proposed is too high for me taking to account that i am a single parent with school fees to pay. Please Lee Ann help me to sort this out.
