Coombe / Flemix rip off

In 2010 I obtained a loan from SA Multiloan for an amount of R6000
The agreement was for me to pay six installments of R2000 towards this loan.
I was able to make the first three installments and was unable to continue paying.

In 2012 my employer received EMOLUMENT ATTACHMENT ORDER from Coombe and Associates to deduct R945.25 towards this loan.

The balance at the time was determined to be in around R15 000 rand.

I have since made 8 payments towards this account each being R945.25.

My concern is that the latest balance reflecting on my payslip is R36 693.74!!!

I have made several attempts to get a statement from Coombe (now known as Flemix, and they refuse to assist me. Last statement was received in October 2012
I understand my obligation to pay towards my debt, however, it seems unreasonable that even with paying this account seems to just increase.

I now owe six times more than what I had taken in though I have paid more than double the original loan amount. Even with interest and outsource charges this is not fair at all.
