60 Mins No Help

Tried getting a settlement letter Saturday while sitting in the bank. Tried twice every time put on hold for 30mins. This is pathetic service!!! I still do not have a settlement letter. Sales pick up in seconds (funny enough) but no one there can apparently help. How about servicing your current customers!!! All I want is to get you guys off of my plate AND NEVER USE YOU AGAIN. Send me my settlement letter!
