WHY AM I GIVEN A RUN AROUND???

Hi

This Company put a garnishing order on my wages and last month I called in 1st week asking for my settlement letter... I called in and was advised to call the call centre for settlement letter, call them and stayed on the line for almost 50 mins until a very unintrested consultant and very rude one with no telephone ettiquete skills (forgot the name but it was a Sotho name) advised that he was gonna log an enquiry for me and turn around time is 7days its almost a month now and nobody has bothered to come back to me, WHY???

You people are to quck to put in a garnishing order on my wedge without notifying me, now I'm asking for a settlement letter to settle my account with you and you giving me a run around... I'm so sick of this poor service and me having to call you guys for my settlement letter... I need it and this is nor pledge but I'm telling you, you jeopardising my life and I'll be dammned if I approched your company for assistance in future and wouldnt recommend your company to anyone!!!

Just send me my settlement letter asap.!!!
