Terrible rude service and then agent hangs up!

Good Day
Standard bank is officially the worst and rudest bank ever. I have been phoning for the past week to get someone else sms profile taken off my phone number. I get updates for some other number. This is highly annoying as I don't know what is going on. I phoned last week and tried to get it fixed only to be told by some rude woman that she cant help me. today I phone again and get transferred 5 times to different departments and after arguing about how you can just add someone else to my profile each time (And this has happened 3 times this year) the rude woman hung up the phone on me. I have tried to phone complaints as I want a copy of the recording of her hanging up on me as well as a full written apology this it utter nonsense!!!
