Loan arrengements denial

I called Capitec bank in connection with the loan i had with them that i wont be able to pay the amount of 3700 a month i have a very serious problem, my child is going to university next year and besides that i have got so many depts that i had to deal with every month, ican afford really i am a single parent with 2 kids the other one is at high school at present. I therefore asked them at least cant they make me to pay at least 2000 a month permanently as i i had arranged with them 6 months ago but unfortunately they denied my request saying that they can at least decrease my monthly payment by 300 only and that would be permanent i was so hurt because what i know from that i really wont afford. I would therefore like Capitec to debit the amount of 2000 from my account and that be done permanently
