Irregular pay dates = loan denied

I am trying to apply for a loan with capitec bank.
I was denied the loan because of IRREGULAR pay dates as they are unable to determine when the installment should be deducted.

The pay dates vary as the dates fall on various days of the week and as we know, pay days are never done on Saturdays and Sundays.

I've spoken to each department available to see if there is a possible way to do an "override" so the payment is deducted on a specific date (the 1st of every month) instead of the bank dictating which day they want to take it.

I feel that this is an unnecessary waist of time as I fulfill all the requirements to obtain the loan, but am denied on something that is outside of my control.

Try different banks when applying for loans.
