Judgement Rescission

This is a letter following our conversation held last week on Thursday 31st January 2013, regarding my application/process to have my judgement rescission. I was initially revered by my sister in law to your firm on the basis that your company had been so efficient in assisting her brother with a similar matter and on the level of experience your firm has on such matters. But it seems as though my case is different and has been quite lengthily & filled with back and forth responses. I started this process on the 23/24th Oct 2012 and was advised it would take approximately 30 days to have feedback. After payment for my case Grace was handed over the file and communication. I completed and mailed her all the documentation i had to complete and mailed her the details of the debtor as well. Upon calling them & having had some holdback, she advised me that they had sent her the letter & was proceeding. I made follow up with her on the 28th Jany after the 25th court date and she advised me the matter was sorted/processed. After confirming that it has been processed she then advised me that unfortunately my case was not processed and that I would have to wait till the 31st Jan & moved again
