Company charge ubnormal fees without service

Hello,

Since the company took over the complex they charge R534 for the levy and the water separately. Their service is to take the dustbin only. I don't know what else are they suppose to do that we are paying for, when we ask them they full of stories. The complex is always dirty even now as i'm typing.

There are lots of things that I complained about without solution like the issue of their insurance etc. I decided not to pay anymore because of lack of service and they wrote a simple letter to their attorney (Hahn & hahn) that cost me R500. Thereafter I paid off the account and now I have to pay R1165 for their legal fees (i.e sms, email, letter of demand that they send to me).

I'm not sure if this charges are normal and if I'm the one who suppose to pay. I'm paying standard bank for my bond but I feel like I'm renting due to the treatment we getting from this company. Please assist
