Old mutual Bullying the poor investers

On the 27 of September 2013 the broker submitted a cancellation letter threw for the premium to be stop. He requested a pay back as per my right. The premium was not stopped they deducted it again the 25 of October 2013.This premium is 6050 PM now for two months it totals 12100 and if they deduct this month as indicated on the phone it will come to 18150.

Reasons giving that theirs a dispute between the broker they used to sell me the product and their internal broker and until its resolved, I the client must suffer.

Please see the operator indicated its a note on the screen and not getting any attention as till the dispute is resolve.
I hope I get interest on the monies owed

I just want to indicate Old mutual have no customer dignity and that their just bulling all investors with them and its a shame because the government of this country recommend saving, but what they don't know is that like old mutual don't have the same understanding they rather bulldoze the investors because of the co operations they are

I feel a shame that I had to business with a ruthless company like Old mutual
