Essential Med
Medical Aid was cancelled and now they billed me

I cancelled my medical aid with essential med at the beginning of the month, and i got a call from one of the people at Essential Med telling me that my medical aid was indeed cancelled, but today money was deducted from my medical aid by essential med.
How can they deduct money from my account when i do not have a policy with them anymore. and last month i was billed twice by the same company. something is not right here.
