Are essential med enjoying my money???

On the 12th of December essential med, s debit order went of, that was very fishy to start with as our date is the end of the month. If you have 2 brain cells you can figure out that this os and they are using my hard earned cash for their bonusses. If that wasnt enough they took another debit order yesterday. If I try to phone them the line is either busy or the call gets cut. Are they going under??? I will not leave this here as we see it as!!!
