I just received a sms that my personal loan repayment will go off on the first. When after numerous emails I requested it to be on the 22nd of each month. The personal loan does not even show a balance on my Internet banking.
They took a month to answer an email just to advise I need to call the call centre to resolve.
No wonder the bleep and green bank is taking their clients.
I think I might be one of them.
