Non existing response / feedback on complaint

Nedbank Personal Loan tries to take money for my personal loan before the 25th of each month. giving me a bad credit record.
Why is this happening?
It happened again this month on the 22nd March 2013.

I want my unpaid transactions banking costs paid back to my ABSA account.
I want my debit order to go off not a day before the 29th of each month.
I want someone to get back to me via email.

Statements faxed on 28/02, 08, 03 and 25/03 with no response.
I want my credit record clean please!
