I'm a FNB Premier Client, this morning i saw R1900.00 went off my account with a strange description. I called the call center and ask what this is, they start to give a lame excuse with stupid answers are you can hear the person on the other side don't have 2 brain cells.

I keep on saying to the person they better reverse that amount and then they must call me Monday to sort out what ever that amount was. Brenda with her attitude keep on saying they will not and I must just accepted. Who give's the Bank the right and this Brenda telling me she can and they have the right to take my money then it's my responsibility to contact them to sort it out.

I moved to FNB from other Bank due to Bad service but FNB is not better, now im going to make my mission to take this how high need to go, next step is the paper and other websites to complain and then CB.

Banks just feel they have the right to take and money as they wish when we all work hard for our money.
