DISSATISFIED STANDARD BANK CUSTOMER AGAIN!!!

This is my 2nd complaint about Std Bank. On Saturday an amount of R1000.00 was transferred from my cheque account without my permission. I called the customer care line the same day and was transferred to the legal dept, only to reach a voice recording informing me they are not open on the weekends, surely enough the consultant should know what their trading hours are before transferring me!!! so after not having much luck, i waiting until Monday... i was transferred to 3 different people, cant remember the 1st lady's name, coz she seemed ready to just pass me onto the next person, then Emily, who also couldn't help me and then finally Maartete who told me that i need to go to the bank to find out who has taken MY MONEY!!! Its so frustrating coz no-one could give me answers, now i got to take time off work to go to the bank to sort this problem out!!! it's ridiculous service from Std bank not being able to tell a customer where their money is going!!! We put our trust in a bank to keep what we work so hard for and then for someone to just take it without permission is unacceptable!!!
