Statement not adding up

I have been paying you back from July 2011 and I should be paying my last payment no later than February 2014.I have noticed that for money months now my statement account doed not move. You decide how much you take out of my account..September was 350 and october was 250.00. I cannot stress the dishonesty that is happening right now enough. Kindly reconcile and send me a statement with total paof to you by me to date. Urgent responce is required
