Went to Nedbank in October to make an payment arrangement for my Personal Loan to pay atleast half of my installment for 4 months since I am on Maternity leave, went to the nearest branch Hillcrest they helped me call the call center and made an arrangement within minutes it was done, and the correct amount went off at end of October, I went back again beginning of November to do the same since I was advised to call every month till I go back to work, I went to the same branch again they helped me call the call center spoke to a lady b4 she everything she put a phone down on me, I called back and spoke to a gentlemen who then conformed that everything was done and the same amount will be debited for the next 3 months, today its month end and I have been debited twice, I made an arrangement because I was going to afford the installment till I go back to work, I have new born dont know how I will survive till month end again all the money is gone... They don't care about ppl they are full of... Nxaa!!! Very upset...!!! Guess the best way will be to change my banking details and pay directly... Nxaa!!!
