Words cannot express my utter disgust and disappointment in the company. In Dec I received a notification from my company of a delay in the salaries due to unforeseen circumstances, i have proof of the notification. Upon returning from Holiday, i realized that the debit order for my car insurance did not go off, i immediately contacted Anderson to re-debit the account asap, which they did. A few days later i realized that the chip on the windscreen caused by a stone in Nov, is busy cracking the window. I informed Anderson thereof. Lloyd advised me that due to the fact that i am a bad payer, he will first have to ask his manager whether the windscreen will be covered or not. He phoned me back saying that unfortunately his Manager says no. So now, i have to depend on someone's attitude the day whether the damage will be covered or not. I spoke to the Manager explaining the situation to him, he was clearly not very interested in anything i had to say and could all of a sudden not find the message where i asked them to re-debit. my account is paid every month, and on time, apparently i had until the 15th to phone, i phoned on the 16th, now the damage is my problem. Please cancel asap!
