Life Insurance dept is pathetic

I called on Monday spoke to Lebo and asked for a copy of my funeral policy - todate nothing
I also asked her to change a debit order date on one of my other policies - she cant cause its not my policy - But Im paying the policy
I asked so nicely please ask Lorelle Billings to call me, Lebo confirmed she will give the message and ensure Lorelle will come back to me.

Tuesday I phoned again - Spoke to Princess, asked so nicely to please have Lorelle Billings call me - todate nothing - Princess said she will send her an email and if Lorelle do not respond to her within 30 minutes, Princess would walk to her desk and ask her to call me.

I am surely not asking for 30 minutes of her time out of her day, but Customer Service goes a long way.
